Cancellation & Refunds Policy – Vipprow

At Vipprow, we strive to deliver high-quality SaaS products, digital solutions, and marketing services to our clients. Before subscribing or purchasing any of our services/products, we strongly encourage users to review service details, pricing, and features carefully.

1. Service Confirmation

  • Once a subscription, service agreement, or purchase has been confirmed and payment has been processed, it will be considered final and non-cancellable.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that the service/product they are purchasing meets their requirements before making payment.

2. No Refund Policy

  • Vipprow does not provide any refunds for payments made towards subscriptions, services, software, or one-time projects.
  • This includes (but is not limited to) SaaS subscriptions, digital marketing retainers, website/app development projects, inventory management software, CRM, and invoicing solutions.
  • Partial usage or non-usage of the service by the client does not entitle them to any refund, either in full or partial.

3. Service Modifications & Adjustments

  • While refunds are not permitted, we are committed to working with our clients to resolve issues, optimize service delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Clients may request adjustments, upgrades, or alternative service solutions, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Subscription & Renewal

  • Clients are advised to review their subscription plans carefully before renewal.
  • Non-renewal or cancellation of future subscriptions must be communicated before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges.

5. Exceptions

  • The only exception to this policy will be if a duplicate payment is accidentally made for the same service, in which case the excess payment may be adjusted against future invoices or refunded after verification.
