  • SaaS Solutions (Croissix, Postermaker, CRM, Inventory Management, Vexabill, E-Commerce platform, etc.)
  • Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Performance Marketing)
  • Web & Application Development
  • Branding & Creative Design Solutions

Vipprow reserves the right to update, enhance, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information when registering for any Vipprow service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to misuse, resell, or exploit Vipprow services for unauthorized or illegal purposes.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising policies of platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All payments made to Vipprow for services and subscriptions are final and non-refundable (refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
  • Services will commence only after confirmation of payment.
  • Vipprow reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in case of non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, software, and materials provided by Vipprow are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Vipprow products and services for your business only.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell Vipprow software or content without prior written permission.

6. Confidentiality & Data Usage

  • Vipprow may collect and process client data (business details, analytics, etc.) solely for the purpose of delivering services.
  • We do not sell or misuse client data.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share customer data with Vipprow for marketing or CRM purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Vipprow will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
  • While we make every effort to deliver quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., sales figures, traffic numbers, rankings).

8. Termination of Services

  • Vipprow reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
    • The client breaches these Terms & Conditions.
    • Payment is not made on time.
    • Misuse of the service is detected.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
